The dock,  in long-term concession to Marina Service S.r.l., is located inside the Quartiere Fieristico two minutes walk from the Genoabusiness center.

This facility, rebuilt in the 2007, is entirely made of concrete and it is 130 meter long, so suitable for mooring at least two yachts of more than 50 meters at the same time.
This structure, guarded 24 h, can supply electric energy (32A and 125A), fresh water and can be served by heavy lift machineries thank to a behind working square of 12.000 mq.
